✔ Project Management & Media Operations
- Established a 30-expert team under a dedicated PMO from September.
- Developed policies for media accreditation, accommodation, transport, and logistics.
- Set up and managed the Main Media Centre & two venue media workrooms.
- Implemented federation-compliant media operations across Aspire Dome, Hamad Aquatics Centre, and Old Doha Port.
